2. Dati raccolti e finalità

2.1 Dati di posizione GPS

L'app raccoglie in modo continuativo, durante le sessioni di tracking attive, i seguenti dati di posizione: latitudine, longitudine, altitudine, velocità, heading (direzione di marcia), accuratezza GPS.
Finalità: registrazione del percorso sportivo, upload al server EasyXCScore, relay sulla rete OGN.
Base giuridica: consenso esplicito dell'utente (avvio manuale della sessione tramite pulsante START).
L'accesso alla posizione in background (schermo spento) avviene SOLO durante una sessione di tracking attiva.

2.2 Dati identificativi del pilota

L'app utilizza un identificativo tecnico (Hex ID) assegnato dall'operatore e un'etichetta callsign facoltativa inserita dall'utente.
Finalità: identificazione del tracciato nel logbook EasyXCScore e sulla rete OGN.
I dati trasmessi alla rete OGN (Open Glider Network) contengono esclusivamente l'Hex ID e la posizione GPS — nessun nome reale, indirizzo email o dato anagrafico viene inviato a OGN.

2.3 Dati tecnici del dispositivo

L'app raccoglie: livello batteria, numero di satelliti GPS agganciati.
Finalità: notifiche di sicurezza (batteria scarica), qualità del segnale GPS.
Questi dati sono inclusi nel beacon inviato al server EasyXCScore e non sono condivisi altrove.

2.4 Token di autenticazione

L'app utilizza un token di autenticazione generato al primo login su EasyXCScore.
Finalità: autorizzare le trasmissioni al server.
Il token non viene condiviso con terze parti.

3. Trasmissione dei dati a terze parti

Server EasyXCScore: i dati GPS e tecnici vengono trasmessi via HTTPS (connessione cifrata) al server EasyXCScore configurato dall'utente.
Open Glider Network (OGN): se l'utente attiva il relay OGN, la posizione GPS viene trasmessa in formato APRS anonimo (solo Hex ID, nessun dato personale). I dati OGN diventano pubblicamente visibili su ogn.org e livemap OGN.
Nessun altro soggetto terzo riceve dati. I dati non vengono venduti né ceduti a fini commerciali o pubblicitari.

4. Conservazione dei dati

I dati delle sessioni vengono conservati sul server EasyXCScore per il periodo necessario al servizio di logbook. L'utente può richiedere la cancellazione inviando richiesta a info@easyxcscore.com.

6. Permessi richiesti

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: tracking GPS in background durante sessioni attive.
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS: garantisce frequenza GPS 1 Hz costante durante voli di lunga durata. Senza questo permesso Android può interrompere il GPS.
INTERNET: trasmissione dati al server e relay OGN.
Sensori (accelerometro, magnetometro): orientamento bussola della mappa.

7. Minori

L'app non è destinata a utenti di età inferiore a 13 anni. Non raccogliamo consapevolmente dati di minori.

8. Sicurezza

Tutte le trasmissioni al server EasyXCScore avvengono tramite HTTPS con certificato TLS valido.

9. Modifiche alla presente informativa

Eventuali modifiche saranno comunicate tramite le note di aggiornamento dell'app sul Play Store. La data di ultimo aggiornamento è indicata in cima a questo documento.

2. Data collected and purposes

2.1 GPS Location Data

The app continuously collects the following location data during active tracking sessions: latitude, longitude, altitude, speed, heading, GPS accuracy.
Purpose: sports route recording, upload to EasyXCScore server, relay to OGN network.
Legal basis: explicit user consent (manual session start via START button).
Background location access (screen off) occurs ONLY during an active tracking session.

2.2 Pilot Identifier

The app uses a technical identifier (Hex ID) assigned by the operator and an optional callsign label entered by the user.
Purpose: identifying the track in the EasyXCScore logbook and on the OGN network.
Data transmitted to the OGN (Open Glider Network) contains only the Hex ID and GPS position — no real name, email address, or personal identity is sent to OGN.

2.3 Device Technical Data

The app collects: battery level, number of acquired GPS satellites.
Purpose: safety notifications (low battery), GPS signal quality.
This data is included in the beacon sent to the EasyXCScore server and is not shared elsewhere.

2.4 Authentication Token

The app uses an authentication token generated at first login on EasyXCScore.
Purpose: authorise server transmissions. Not shared with third parties.

3. Data sharing with third parties

EasyXCScore Server: GPS and technical data are transmitted via HTTPS (encrypted) to the EasyXCScore server configured by the user.
Open Glider Network (OGN): if the user enables OGN relay, GPS position is transmitted in anonymous APRS format (Hex ID only, no personal data). OGN data becomes publicly visible on ogn.org and OGN livemap.
No other third party receives data. Data is never sold or shared for commercial or advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

Session data is retained on the EasyXCScore server for the period necessary to provide the logbook service. Users may request deletion by contacting info@easyxcscore.com.

5. User Rights (GDPR art. 15-22)

Users have the right to: access their data, rectify inaccurate data, request erasure ("right to be forgotten"), object to processing, data portability.

6. Permissions Required

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION / ACCESS_BACKGROUND_LOCATION: background GPS tracking during active sessions.
REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS: ensures constant 1 Hz GPS rate during long-duration flights. Without this permission Android may throttle GPS updates.
INTERNET: data transmission to server and OGN relay.
Accelerometer, Magnetometer: compass orientation for map display.

7. Children

This app is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

8. Security

All transmissions to the EasyXCScore server use HTTPS with a valid TLS certificate.

9. Changes to this Policy

Changes will be communicated via app update notes on the Play Store. The last update date is shown at the top of this document.
